We are proud to announce that Pilkington, part of NSG Group, has successfully installed a new Glass Inspector Temper system for comprehensive quality control of its tempered glass production at the Pilkington IGP Sp. z o.o. plant in Skierniewice, Poland.
This investment marks another important step in strengthening quality assurance processes and supporting continuous innovation within the manufacturing environment. The Glass Inspector Temper system has been integrated to perform advanced automated inspection across the entire tempered glass production flow, enabling highly accurate detection and monitoring of flatness ,optical quality parameters , anisotropy and white haze.
By implementing this technology, the Skierniewice facility further enhances its capability to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards while improving process consistency, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
